My name is Jim Wiegand, and I’m from Rochester Hills, MI. I currently work for Art Van furniture doing their digital marketing. With 20+ years in the graphic design field, I have a strong foundation in design, layout, composition, typography and more. I’ve been doing web design since 2009 and continue to create web compliant sites that are search engine friendly and responsive using XHTML, CSS, with some javascript and jquery sprinkled in. I can also do Flash animation when the design calls for it. When I build a web site for a client, I find out exactly what they want to accomplish with their web site. Then I let the design evolve while staying focused on the client’s goal as well as the user’s experience. If the web site is intuitive and easy to navigate, and the client’s goals are acheived, then I consider it a successful design.
